Congratulations!
If the module is successfully installed and tested, please follow these steps to go live!
- Log into your store admin
- Click "Modules" and then "Payment"
- Click "NET1 Credit Card"
- Click "Edit" at the top right, above the module details
- Select the "True" radio button to activate it.
- Enter your LIVE Net1/Sage Merchant INTERNET ID and KEY.
- IMPORTANT: The ID and KEY we use during installation are for TESTING only, and will not allow you to charge customers!
- Click "Update"
- Create a test product in your catalog with a price of $1.00
- Purchase that product, and complete the checkout process using the Net1 credit card payment option
- REMEMBER: Use a REAL credit card for this purchase!
- Confirm:
- Your credit card was charged
- The order was placed
- The authorization codes are correct
- The transaction type is correct (SALE or AUTH)
- The transaction appears in your Sage Virtual Terminal transactions list
- Remove the test product
- Remove your all test orders from your system.
Language settings
If you would like to change any of the text for the module, you may do so by editing this file:
includes/languages/modules/payment/net1.php
This file allows you to change text in both the Admin and the Payment screen.
If for any reason, you have any questions or need any additional assistance, please contact us right away so we can help.
If the module did not work, please remember to set the payment module to "false" so customers do not use it until we can fix it.
