*PLEASE NOTE: This option requires FTP access to your site/server, access to your cPanel and/or PhpMyAdmin, and access to your store admin for testing purposes. Completion time averages 2-5 days.
IMPORTANT: For customization services, we will email you a web design contract which you must print, sign and mail back to us prior to commencement of work. If you are in a hurry, you may want to overnight the contract back to us. Completion time averages 1 to 2 weeks depending on the number of current clients we have, delays in receiving the signed contract, delays in receiving store/site login credentials, troubleshooting your merchant account issues with Sage, or errors we encounter on your site.
